Hornets Women to face Halifax in Challenge Plate final

Details have been confirmed for Rochdale Hornets Women's game against Halifax Panthers in the final of this season's Women's Challenge Plate.

Ben Bird's side will take on their West Yorkshire opponents at Featherstone's Millennium Stadium on Sunday 11 May (1pm kick-0ff). 

The Hornets Women booked their place in the final after overcoming Thatto Heath Crusaders 18-14 last weekend. 

Sunday's victory at Crusader Park was the Hornets Women's first since relaunching. 

A supporters' coach will be running for next week's final through All Hornets, priced at £20 per person. The bus will depart from the Crown Oil Arena (time TBC).
