Betfred Challenge Cup third round draw made

Rochdale Hornets are in line to face Wigan Warriors at the Crown Oil Arena in the third round of the Betfred Challenge Cup, after the draw was made earlier today.

The Hornets will face Siddal or Waterhead away from home in the second round of this season's competition, with that tie set to take place on January 24/25.

A mouth-watering tie against Wigan, 21-time winners of the competition, would be the reward for whichever side makes it through to the third round. 

Third round ties will be played between February 6-8.
